Where is Euro 2020? The UEFA European Football Championship is the primary association competition. It plays by the senior men’s national teams of the Union of European Football Association members.
The Eurocup opens its headquarters format in 2020, the tournament plays in a large number of countries throughout the European continent.
UEFA has decided to organize “a party throughout Europe” to celebrate the 60 years since the inaugural tournament and, for the second time in history, will feature 24 teams. The tournament will play between June 12 and July 12 – 2020.

The 2020 Euro Cup will be playing in 12 different locations in 12 different cities in 12 different countries. There were 13 places were there at first on September 19, 2014. But Brussels has ceased to be protagonists when in doubt that the stadium could not arrive on time.
12 of these venues will host at least 3 matches of the group stage and one elimination round each.
Why is Euro 2020 celebrated in 12 locations?
This decision was by the UEFA Executive Committee in 2012 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the tournament.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who was then UEFA General Secretary, explains that “instead of having a party in one country, we will have a party throughout Europe in the summer of 2020”.
As the competition is going to play in several countries, there is no automatic classification. Each of the UEFA member countries will have to win its place in the final phase. Read more about Euro here.
Euro 2020 Format:
The format for the final phase of the tournament will be the same as its predecessor in Euro 2016. That means there will be 6 groups will compose 4 teams. The group stage begins on June 12, the qualifiers on June 17 and the final on July 12.
